Returns & Exchanges

At Bloxy Pirates, your satisfaction is our priority. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
